Green Value is a vertically integrated agricultural business in North Carolina that controls every aspect of its operations—from growing the food to distributing and selling it. By overseeing the entire production, distribution, and retail process, Green Value ensures the highest standards of sustainability, quality, and community involvement. The brand’s mission is to offer healthy, sustainable food choices while supporting local communities.
The Goal & Outcome
The goal for this project was to create a brand identity that embodies Green Value’s core principles: Sustainability, Health, Quality, and Community.
I developed a cohesive visual identity to represent Green Value’s journey – from growing fresh produce to distributing and retailing healthy products. The brand mark features the initials “GV” integrated with a leaf motif, symbolizing growth, sustainability, and connection with nature.
The color palette – Apple Green (#4CAF50), Dark Green (#042B04), Pear Yellow (#CDDC39), and White (#FFFFFF)—was chosen to reflect the brand’s organic roots and vibrant energy. The typography, rooted in the Metropolis font family, combines modernity with approachability, enhancing the brand’s friendly and community-oriented voice.
This visual system not only reflects Green Value’s mission to deliver healthy and sustainable food options but also establishes its presence as a transparent, eco-conscious, and customer-focused brand. From business cards to packaging, every design element reinforces the brand’s values, creating a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
